WASH CARE: Do not bleach or machine wash. It is best to hand-wash your linen sarees separately at home with a mild liquid detergent. While washing always use normal water. Before washing, soak the saree (particularly if it comes with bright colors) for 10-15 minutes in water added with rock salt to lock the hues in, which will prevent any fading of colors.

Originating from Japan, Shibori is a traditional art form, which involves a tie-dye technique to produce beautiful patterns. Over the centuries, artisans have developed many techniques of producing a shibori design. The great thing about Shibori saree is that the material can vary from the finest silk to coarse cotton, to create magnificent patterns.
Linen is very strong and absorbent and dries faster than cotton. Because of these properties, linen is comfortable to wear in hot weather and is valued for use in garments. It also has other distinctive characteristics, notably its tendency to wrinkle. The main benefit of wearing linen during summer is that it allows easy air flow and reflects heat better.
This saree with a combination of red & black base and white striped patterns with zari work on border and anchal is sure to catch some admiring eyes. Pair it with medium soled sandals to feel light and airy.
